Title: Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil

1 Dried garlic clove for each jar.

This is what you do: place 1 clove of garlic in each jar, add about 1 teasp of mixed herbs. Then pack the jar with dried tomatoes (as many as you can). Heat the olive oil (Not too hot or the tomatoes will burn) and fill the jars with the hot oil. Seal and store for 8 weeks.

The end product are is the same as sold in gourmet shops for outrageous sums. Use in soups, stews, salads....or eat them on a cracker to be truely decadent....Enjoy!
